How can we help?
In the long run, it is the strength and toughness of the plastic and the stability of the circuit. We prefer the new material ABS or flame retardant material as the appearance plastic, which can meet the long-term benign use of the product in glossiness and hardness. There are layers of protection on the circuit too, which is not comparable to a cheaper cost mosquito racket.
It does happen that if the mosquito racket you offer is too complex for your needs (Like some shapes that can't be molded by injection molding machines), we may not be able to manufacture it, but be confident that HONGCHUANG has 15 years of experience in the industry, we have far more resources and experience than other manufacturer.
You can use T/T, which has a lower fee, or PayPal if you can accept a slightly higher fee, but please note that for new customers, we only accept the 30% T/T of the payment, or if you have been with us for years and run into cash flow pressure,we can negotiate the matter of payment.
Refunds are not possible, especially for customized products, which we charge in advance because the products need to be made from raw plastic and so on. which cannot maintain their original form after into injection machine, so even if sales are not good, these products cannot be returned to raw plastic particle .
Depends on whether you want to do customization your mosquito racket or not, and also depends on the speed of customs clearance and logistics, but we can guarantee to ship regular items of mosquito racket within 2 business weeks.
